How do I book my room and get travel info?

The Travel tab has everything you need—hotel details, shuttle info, airport recos and more! But if you're just looking to view the room block rates and availability, you can click the link below for a direct look. Please note: The room block comes with exclusive perks and pricing, so you must use our link to be included—don’t book directly through the hotel!

When do I need to RSVP by?

We kindly ask that all guests submit their RSVP by December 1, 2025 so we can plan accordingly. It’s going to be a celebration to remember—and we can’t wait to know who’s coming! We truly appreciate your support and will be celebrating with you in spirit!

What will the weather be like?

It’s giving tropical vacation. Perfect weather for beach days and celebrations. Think sunny skies, temps in the 80s, and the occasional "my hair has a life of its own" humidity. You'll love it!

What do I wear to the wedding?

We want you to feel comfortable and fabulous! Since it’s a summer wedding in Mexico, think light, breathable fabrics and colors that make you happy. Dressy sandals, linen, flowy dresses, or lightweight suits all work great—just please avoid wearing white, jeans or sneakers. If you’re looking for a little outfit inspo, we put together a small Pinterest board to help:

Good news—the ceremony and reception won’t be on sand, so feel free to wear your regular (dancing) shoes.

Yes! We’ve created a honeymoon fund for our honeymoon trip to Thailand. You can find everything under the 'Registry' tab at the top of the website. Thank you so much for thinking of us!

How do I get from the airport to the resort?

We’ve arranged private, round-trip shuttle service through ParadiseWeddings.com for $102 USD per person, operated by Lomas Travel. Once your hotel is booked, you’ll get an email with instructions to reserve your spot. You’ll just need to provide your airline and flight number by March 23, 2026. You’re also welcome to book your own transportation if you prefer. Websites like Viator.com or other travel platforms may offer more budget-friendly options. Just be sure to review reviews and choose a reliable provider.

What’s the schedule for the wedding day?

On May 9, 2026, the ceremony will begin at 5:00 PM sharp followed by cocktail hour. The reception will run from 7:00 to 11:00 PM. More events to follow so be sure to check back!

Do I need a passport?

A valid passport is required to enter Mexico (and it must not expire within 6 months of travel).

What about the currency and tipping?

The official currency in Mexico is the peso, but at the all-inclusive resort U.S. dollars are widely accepted and often preferred—especially for tipping. While most meals and drinks are covered, it’s nice to have a few small bills ($1–5) on hand to tip staff for extra service or a job well done. No pressure—just good vibes and great service!
